Cleaning and maintenance

The park currently fills around 100 skips per year with its litter picking techniques, thanks to the large amount of bins, and the Rangers and Voluntary rangers collecting waste each day the park boasts a clean and friendly place. The Park is taking big strides in recycling as much as possible and are currently recycling cardboard, cans and bottles.
Streetscene Division of the Council are responsible for the maintenance of the grassland and pitch and putt course. These areas are cut regularly throughout the year.
Repairs - Daily checks are made throughout the park to ensure safety and cleanliness. Any signs of damage should be reported immediately to the visitors centre, 01554 833913.
